Privacy Policy
This Policy describes what data is processed when you use the voltovpn.online website and the Volto VPN Service, and how the Operator handles it. It is effective from 8 October 2026.
Data Operator

What Data We Process
- Enquiries: the email address you write from, the content of your message and of your correspondence with support.
- Access data: the term you selected, the date of purchase, the amount and the fact of payment, and the email address to which the connection details were sent.
- Website technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and the time of the request — processed by the hosting provider and the network provider in order to deliver pages and protect against attacks.
- Connection technical data: the parameters required for the access to work, such as the volume of traffic transmitted and session times.
The website has no registration and no input forms. We do not request or store payment data (card number, expiry date, code); when you pay, it is processed by the payment service or the bank.
Why We Use Data
- to respond to your enquiry and help you with your connection;
- to arrange, activate and renew access, and to confirm payment;
- to ensure the operation and security of the website and the infrastructure, and to prevent abuse;
- to comply with the requirements of applicable law, including payment record-keeping.
We do not use data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes.
Who Receives Data
Data may be processed by providers who help us operate: the hosting provider, the network provider and the attack protection service, the email service, and — where payment is involved — the payment service or the bank. They receive only the data necessary for their task and act either on our instructions or as independent operators under their own terms.
Data may be disclosed in response to a lawful request from an authorised body in the cases provided for by law.
Retention Periods
We keep correspondence with support for up to 12 months after the matter is closed, and access and payment data for the duration of the access and thereafter for as long as payment record-keeping legislation requires. Website technical logs are stored for no longer than 90 days unless they are needed to investigate an incident.
Cookies
The website does not use cookies for analytics or advertising. The network provider may set technical cookies that are necessary to protect the website from automated requests; they are not used for tracking.
Your Rights
You may request information about your data, its correction or deletion, and you may object to processing, by writing to [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable period, taking applicable law into account. Data that is required for payment record-keeping can be deleted once the established retention period has expired.
Security
We restrict access to data and use secure connections together with reasonable technical and organisational measures. We recommend that you do not send passwords or full payment details in correspondence.
User Age
The Service is intended for persons over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We will update this Policy if the way data is processed changes. The current version is always available on the voltovpn.online website, with the date indicated.
