Terms of Use
By using the voltovpn.online website and purchasing access to the Volto VPN service, you accept these terms. They apply from 8 October 2026.
Definitions
- Service — Volto VPN: the provision of access to a secure network connection and information support for connecting to it on the voltovpn.online website.
- Operator — DEL RE SOLUTIONS d.o.o.
- User — an individual who has purchased access to the Service or uses the website.
- Access — the ability to use the connection during the paid period on the terms set out on the website.
Purchasing Access
The cost of access is: 1 week — €2.99, 1 month — €5.99, 1 year — €34.99. To purchase access, email [email protected] and state the period you have chosen. In reply, the Operator provides the terms and the payment method.
Access is granted after payment is confirmed: the User receives instructions and connection details by email at the address provided. The access period is counted from the moment those details are sent.
There are no automatic charges. When the period ends, access ceases; it can be extended by purchasing a new period.
Usage Rules
The User undertakes not to use the Service for unlawful actions, including attacks on networks and services, the distribution of malware, the sending of spam, fraud, and infringement of copyright or other rights of third parties.
Connection details are intended for the User's personal use. Passing them to third parties, reselling access and creating public services on their basis are not permitted.
The Operator may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these rules, or where the load created threatens the operation of the Service for other users.
Liability
The Service is provided "as is". The Operator takes reasonable measures to ensure stable operation but does not guarantee uninterrupted service, any particular speed or the availability of individual resources: these depend on the communication networks, devices and software of the User and on the actions of third parties.
The Operator is not liable for actions of the User carried out using the Service, or for the content of resources to which the User connects.
The Operator's liability for any claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount paid by the User for the current access period.
Payment and Refunds

Changes to These Terms
The Operator may amend these terms. The current version is published on the voltovpn.online website with the date indicated; changes take effect from the moment of publication and do not worsen the terms of a period already paid for.
